WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Rep. Nanette Diaz Barragán (CA-44) was elected by her colleagues to serve as the Second Vice-Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus for the next Congress. “I am grateful to my CHC colleagues for giving me the opportunity to serve in leadership as the next Second Vice-Chair,” said Rep.
