My office will evaluate each request and make a determination on which requests will be submitted to the House Appropriations subcommittees.
This form is ONLY for programmatic funding and report language requests.
If you are interested in submitting a Community Project Funding (CPF) request, do not complete this form. The CPF Request Form will be available soon and updates will be posted HERE. Contact sean.kearns@mail.house.gov if you have questions about CPF.
All communications with the office (including meeting requests) for CPF requests must come directly from the entity who would receive the funds being requested and who would directly benefit from the project.
We do not allow outside consultants or lobbyists to take part in our process — i.e. no outreach, meeting requests, submission of documents or projects, or any direct engagement to our office for CPF requests, or the projects won’t be considered. Lobbyists and consultants can work directly with the entity to prep any required documents, consultations, provision of materials, etc.
